Eligibility: The Hyer Boot Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to customers who spend $250 or more on qualifying purchases made in-store or online at www.caresandwhoas.com between 6:00 PM PST on November 27, 2024, and 11:59 PM PST on December 2, 2024.

Entry Requirements:

Customers will be automatically entered into the Giveaway upon completing a purchase of $250 or more (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
Both in-store and online orders are eligible for entry.

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a pair of Hyer Boots valued at up to $380, subject to availability. The winner may select a style and size from available inventory.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via the email address associated with the qualifying order.
The drawing will take place on or before December 10, 2024.

Winner Notification and Acceptance:

The winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Eligibility: The Free R. Rebellion Travel-Size Roll-On Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for online purchases only at www.caresandwhoas.com from 6:00 PM PST on November 27, 2024, to 11:59 PM PST on December 2, 2024.

Offer Details:

Customers who spend $150 or more (before taxes and shipping) in a single online transaction are eligible to receive one (1) free R. Rebellion 10ml travel-size roll-on, choosing between Cadillac Cowgirl or Cadillac Cowboy fragrance.
Once the customer’s cart value reaches $150 or more, they may add one of the eligible options to their cart, and the discount will automatically be applied to the item.

Redemption:

Eligibility: Free Standard Shipping is available for orders of $100 or more (before taxes and discounts). This offer applies to online purchases only.

Exclusions: Fragile and oversized items, such as artwork, furniture, and other delicate goods, are excluded from the free shipping offer. Shipping discounts do not apply to expedited or alternative shipping methods.
