Reata Reserve Dinnerware Rentals

For events hosted at Reata Reserve, dinnerware rental options are available to help create a polished, cohesive table setting without the extra sourcing. Rentals are priced per piece, with the option to build exactly what’s needed for your guest count and menu style.

Available items include water glasses, wine glasses, salad plates, dinner plates, and flatware. Choose pieces individually, or select the complete place setting option for a simple, full-table solution.

Complete Place Setting $4.25 (per guest)
Includes 1 water glass, 1 salad plate, 1 dinner plate, and a complete utensil set.

Per Piece Options
Water Glass — $0.85/each
Wine Glass — $0.85/each
Salad Plate — $0.75/each
Dinner Plate — $0.95/each
Utensil Set — $1.65/each

Dinnerware rentals are available exclusively for Reata Reserve events and are subject to availability based on event date and quantity needed.

Dinnerware & Glassware Damage / Missing Items Policy

All rented dinnerware and glassware must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided. Any items that are broken, chipped, cracked, heavily stained, or missing at the time of return will be charged to the booking client.

If damage or loss occurs, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. If the replacement cost exceeds the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be invoiced and is due upon receipt.

Replacement fees are based on the current market replacement cost for the specific item(s), including any specialty pieces or discontinued styles.
